By accessing, viewing, browsing, downloading, purchasing, or otherwise using this website, any gallery, or any images provided by LTE Photography, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of this website and all related services.

All photographs, images, previews, galleries, digital files, edited images, unedited images, and any other visual or digital content displayed on this website or delivered by LTE Photography are the sole and exclusive property of LTE Photography. LTE Photography retains full copyright and ownership of all images at all times. No ownership rights are transferred to the client under any circumstance. Purchase of images grants only a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

Upon purchase or delivery, LTE Photography grants the client permission to use the images for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, promotional use, editorial use, advertising use, or business use of any kind is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from LTE Photography.

Screenshotting, screen recording, downloading without purchase, sharing preview images, redistributing images, copying images, removing watermarks, altering images, re-editing images, applying filters, cropping images, removing metadata, uploading images without permission, sharing gallery links, posting images publicly without consent, sending images to third parties, using images in group chats, websites, social media, or using images for artificial intelligence or training purposes are strictly prohibited without explicit written permission from LTE Photography. Any violation of these restrictions will be considered theft of intellectual property and may result in immediate revocation of access, invoicing for unauthorized use, legal action, and DMCA takedown notices.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. LTE Photography operates under a strict no-refund policy. No refunds, exchanges, credits, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances once images are delivered, accessed, or downloaded. This includes dissatisfaction due to personal preference, artistic style, editing style, lighting, composition, missed moments, or accidental purchases. By completing a purchase, the client agrees to and accepts this no-refund policy in full.

LTE Photography maintains full creative and artistic discretion over all images produced. Editing style is consistent and non-negotiable. Requests for re-edits may be approved or denied at the sole discretion of LTE Photography. Raw or unedited files are never released under any circumstance.

Gallery links are provided solely to the purchasing client. Sharing gallery links or access credentials is prohibited unless approved in writing. LTE Photography is not responsible for unauthorized access due to shared links. Any misuse may result in termination of access without notice and without refund.

You agree not to attempt to bypass download restrictions, interfere with gallery security, use automated tools to capture or scrape images, or reverse engineer website functionality. Any such actions will be considered malicious and handled accordingly.

If permission is granted to post images on social media, proper credit to LTE Photography is required. Images may not be altered, filtered, cropped, or modified in any way. LTE Photography reserves the right to request removal of any image posted in violation of these terms.

LTE Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, marketing, promotional, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

LTE Photography is not liable for loss of images after delivery, print quality from third-party labs, website downtime, user device issues, or misuse of images by third parties. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the images.

LTE Photography reserves the right to revoke usage rights, disable gallery access, deny future services, and pursue legal remedies at any time for violations of these Terms of Service, without refund.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the photographer’s operating jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively within that jurisdiction.

By accessing this website or purchasing images from LTE Photography, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated above and acknowledge that LTE Photography retains full ownership and copyright of all images.
